Job Description:

  1. Technical Skills: Mandatory
    a) Exposure to SFDC technologies is mandatory [CRM functional knowledge].
    b) Backend testing knowledge in CRM is a must.
    c) Should have worked on data Setup in CRM.
    d) Running Jobs within CRM.
    e) Thorough understanding of testing methodology, test life cycle, bug life cycle.
    f) Exposure to web technologies is mandatory. Flex-based application testing knowledge is a ++
    g) Performs user, workflow, Integration, regression and configuration testing.
    h) Exposure to at least one programming knowledge is a must.
    i) Knowledge/work experience on Linux/Solaris/Mac OSX/Win X machines.
    j) Strong DB knowledge.General Requirements
    a) Total years of experience – 5-7 yrs in Testing
    b) Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
    c) Should have good Problem Solving and Diagnostic Skills
    d) Should have good Time Management Skills
    e) Should work closely with development team to report defects and take them to closure
    f) Good understanding of testing process & ability to formulate strong Test Strategy/Plan
    g) Should have a flexible attitude and be ready to work in multiple time zones.
    h) Excellent analytical & test design abilities
